Guide for Authors

Submission Format Submitted papers should follow IEEE format for conference papers. Papers should be typeset using 11-point or larger fonts, in a two-column, with ample spacing throughout and at least 1-inch margins all around. The title page of each submission should contain the papers title; each authors name, affiliation, and email address; and a short abstract summarizing the papers contributions. The Full Papers shall consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 pages. Additional page will be charged of $100 per page.

This should be followed by the body of the paper. Papers not adhering to the requirements on font size and margin length may be rejected summarily. To make things easier, please kindly use the A4 template from this IEEE link to be followed and used in formatting your paper.

Submission Instructions Authors are required to submit their papers electronically, in PDF (without security restrictions on copying or printing). Submit the paper through your account at caipt.org. The author must login through the website, complete the form that is appeared on the page, and follow the instructions.

Camera Ready Preparation:
If your paper get accepted, it will not be published unless the following are done:
  1. Revise your paper(s) according to the reviewers’ comments.
  2. The accepted similarity score is maximum 20% as indicate in similarity check software.
  3. Format your camera paper as per guidelines and follow strictly the A4-IEEE format in pdf file by creating it using IEEE pdf express.
  4. Upload your camera ready paper according in your account at caipt.org before 5 June 2017


Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper. The conference proceedings of CAIPT 2017 will be published in English by KIPS & Aptikom 7, and the selected best paper will be recommended for publication (after significant extension) in the following:
  1. Malaysian Journal of Computer Science (MJCS), ISSN 0127-9084, JCR-IF:0.405 (indexed in ISI-WoS & Scopus)
  2. Other SCOPUS indexed journals are under discussion


The conference proceedings of CAIPT 2017 will be published in English by KIPS and the extended version of selected papers (The detailed information for journal publication will be announced until 25 June) are to be published in the special issue of the Scopus registered journal.(The journal publisher might require separate publication fee).

The 1st CAIPT was held in Prague, Czech, the 2nd conference was held in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia and 3rd was in Yangon, Myanmar
