Note:
In parallel session we have 5 rooms (session 1) and 4 rooms in session 2, each room will consist of 11 presenters in the first session and 13 presenters in second session, the duration of presentation for each of the presenters is 10 minutes.
THE MINIMUM EQUIPMENTS STARDARDS FOR PRESENTATION
Please note that the conference cannot provide a laptop for your presentation. You MUST bring your own equipment for your presentation (e.g. Laptop, tablet devices, etc.)
Presentation Room Equipment for both the pararel session:
  • Projector (Input is a standard VGA connector
  • Projection Screen
  • Sound Speaker

  • Please prepare:
  • VGA adapter (If you are presenting with an Apple notebook. It is your responsibility to bring the correct adapter.)


PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
For pararel Presenters:
  • Each presentation is 10 minutes including 5-minutes of Q and A.
  • Presentations and discussions must be held in English.
  • Each presenter can use the Equipment for their presentation (Please prepare your presentation file such as Microsoft PPt, Keynote, etc.).
